Kitchen, Studio, & Lab
The first phase in Eato Ireland is to open Eato X Dublin.
Eato X is the Organic Experimental Kitchen, Studio, & Lab that sells and creates daily Recipes, Content, Workshops and Pop Up Events with leading Producers & Chefs, all Content is uploaded Online.
The pillars of Eato X are Food (Kitchen), Content (Studio), & Collaboration (Lab).
Eato X’s Kitchen creates Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinners with daily Specials for collection or delivery, that are created by our Chefs/Guests through live video in our Studio, with all Recipes and Content uploaded Online.
Eato X’s Studio creates Content with the mission to Educate the Public, Chefs, & Producers and to develop their skills and understandings around Healthy Sustainable and Organic Produce and Production, and to amplify the development of the Eatosystem projects.
Eato X’s Lab consists of Workshops and Pop Up Events with leading Producers & Chefs, with the emphasise on Collaboration to develop, grow, and sustain the local Organic Marketplace, all Workshops and Events are shared Online.
Online Store, Storage, & Distribution
The second phase is to open an Online Store – Eato Dublin. The organic & sustainable produce of Communicrop will be sold here to the public through the online store for pre-orders, orders, collections, and deliveries.
The set up the of a Storage facility in each county, that will be located at an existing organic farm or at a local warehouse facility. The organic & sustainable produce of Communicrop will be stored here for collection/distribution.
The set up of a supply chain Distribution network located at an existing organic farm or a local facility. The organic & sustainable produce of Communicrop will distributed by Elivery – Electric Delivery Network.
Organic Eatery, Recipes, & Store
The third phase is to open an Organic Eatery – Eato Xperience.
Eato Xperience is the Organic Eatery, that creates daily Organic Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Specials, with Cookery Workshops and Pop Up Events, with all Content uploaded Online.
The launch of Recuipe, the platform for all of Eato X/Xperience’s Recipes, with the mission to get more people cooking healthy nutritious meals from local Organic Producers.
The opening of the Organic Store Eato Dublin. The organic & sustainable produce of Communicrop will be sold here to the public, supported by the online store for pre-orders, orders, collections, and deliveries.
Environment & Capital
The fourth phase in each county is to launch Carboncrop, with the mission to improve the Environment through Carbon removal.
Organic farming practices remove CO2 from the atmosphere and convert it into plant material or soil matter, reducing carbon and creating new revenue models for farmers.
